1986 Canadian PROOF Silver Dollar Transcontinental Railroad 100th Anniversary

We are pleased to offer for sale this 1986 Canadian PROOF Silver Dollar Transcontinental Railroad 100th Anniversary Coin.  This coin was minted to celebrate the 100th  Anniversary of the first transcontinental train crossing of Canada.  The coin weighs 23.33 grams and is made of 50% silver (contains .375 oz of silver).  The obverse shows a profile of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse depicts a train on the Transcontinental Railroad with dates 1886 and 1986.  The coin comes in the original Royal Canadian Mint packaging with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
