Barr.  Barr had a relatively short term of office, the shortest of anyone that has held the position (December 21, 1968 - January 20,1969), leading to hoarding of these $1 Secretary Barr Notes.  These notes are Series 1963B.  These $1 Barr Notes will make a nice addition to any currency collection!
