The Eisenhower Dollar series ran from 1971 through 1978.Clad Eisenhower Dollars weigh 22.68 grams and are comprised of an outer layer of .750 copper and .250 nickel bonded to an inner core of pure copper. Silver Clad Eisenhower Dollars weigh 24.59 grams and are comprised of an outer layer of .800 silver and .200 copper bonded to an inner core of .209 silver and .791 copper. All Eisenhower Dollars have a diameter of 38.1mm with a reeded edge. This Eisenhower Dollar is of great worth and value to the collector who needs to fill a hole in their Eisenhower Dollar set.
