- History: This stamp booklet was issued for ATMs. Previously ATM stamp booklets were made of polyester which is not as friendly to the environment as paper. The US Postal Service promised to develop a paper stamp for ATMs and this was it. This stamp booklet is also printed on partially recycled paper. The stamp design is the the Statue of Liberty's torch in green and gold with the denomination in black. It was designed by Harry Zelenko of New York City.
