History: The stamp sheet The Art of Disney Magic depicts animated Disney characters. Mickey Mouse is the official mascot of the Walt Disney Company, created by Walt Disney in1928. Mickey has become one of the most recognizable cartoon characters in the world. Peter Pan is a character created by Scottish novelist and playwright J. M Barrie. A mischievous boy who can fly and never grows up, Peter Pan spends his never-ending childhood adventuring on the small island of Neverland. Aladdin is the main character in Disney's 1992 animated feature film. Aladdin goes from rags to riches upon finding a magic lamp and becoming friends with a Genie who grants Aladdin three wishes. Dumbo is a 1941 American animated film produced by Walt Disney Productions and released in 1941. Dumbo is based upon the storyline about an elephant cruelly nicknamed "Dumbo" for his big ears.
