We are pleased to offer for sale this 2010-D Sacagwea SMS Native American Great Law of Peace Golden Dollar coin graded and encapsulated as MS-67 by NGC. These Native American Dollars are considered SMS (Special Mint Set) coins because of their satin finish and the fact that they only came in US Mint Sets. There were only 583,897 of the 2010 US Mint Sets released. 

The 2010 Native American Sacagawea Dollar was designed by artist Thomas Cleveland. The reverse depicts the Hiawatha belt surrounding five stone tipped arrows, along with the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, $1, and HAUDENOSAUNEE. The subject of the design is the Great Law of Peace. The Sacagawea Dollar weighs 8.1 grams and has a diameter of 26.5mm.  Sacagawea Dollars are composed of a pure copper core with outer layers of manganese brass (.770 copper, .120 zinc, .070 manganese, and .040 nickel).
