We are pleased to offer for sale this 1973-S Eisenhower Silver PROOF Dollar coin graded and encapsulated in a 40th Anniversary labeled holder as PR-69 DCAM (Deep Cameo) by PCGS.  This special  PCGS slab celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Eisenhower coin series which ran from 1971-1978. The label features a picture of Dwight D. Eisenhower and his autograph. There were only 1,013,646 of this 1973 Eisenhower SILVER Proof Dollar minted at the San Francisco (S) Mint.

The Eisenhower Dollar series ran from 1971 through 1978.  Silver Clad Eisenhower Dollars weigh 24.59 grams and are comprised of an outer layer of .800 silver and .200 copper bonded to an inner core of .209 silver and .791 copper.  These 40% Silver Eisenhower Dollars have a diameter of 38.1mm with a reeded edge. This Eisenhower Dollar is of great worth and value to the collector who needs to fill a hole in their Eisenhower Dollar set.  Some of our slabbed dollars do have toning.
