This 2009-P Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Proof Silver Dollar was struck to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth. The obverse of the 2009-P Abraham Lincoln Silver Proof Commemorative Dollar was designed by Justin Kunz and features an image of President Abraham Lincoln. The reverse was designed by Phebe Hemphill and displays the last 43 words of the Gettysburg Address.
This modern commemorative silver dollar is comprised of .900 (90%) silver and .100 (10%) copper with a diameter of 38.1mm and a weight of 26.73 grams with a reeded edge. some of our commemorative dollars do have toning.
