The obverse of the 1883 Hawaiian Silver Quarter Dollar features a portrait of King Kalakaua I. The 1883 Hawaiian Quarter Dollar or Hapaha was designed by Charles Barber and weighs 6.3 grams. The Hapaha is comprised of .900 silver and .100 copper. These 90% Silver Hawaiian Quarter Dollars have a diameter of 24.3mm.
