We are pleased to offer for sale these 2001 P&D Rhode Island BU State Quarters. You will receive two 2001 Rhode Island State Quarters in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition, one each from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints.  The theme of the Rhode Island State Quarter is "Ocean State." Rhode Island was admitted into the Union on May 29th of 1790. The reverse side of the Rhode Island State Quarter features an image of a vintage sailboat gliding through Rhode Island's famous Narragansett Bay and an image of the Pell Bridge in the background. The reverse side of the Rhode Island State Quarter was designed by Thomas D. Rodgers. All State Quarters are comprised of .750 copper and .250 nickel with a weight of 5.67 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm. These Rhode Island BU State Quarters come from original U.S. Mint Sets or original bank wrapped rolls. All of our BU State Quarters have nice eye appeal and no major marks or visible problems.
