We are pleased to offer for sale this 2000 P&D South Carolina BU State Quarters.  You will receive two 2000 South Carolina State Quarters in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, one each from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints.  The theme of the South Carolina State Quarter is "The Palmetto State." South Carolina was admitted into the Union on May 23rd of 1788. The reverse side of the South Carolina State Quarter features the outline of the state and three symbols, a Palmetto tree, the Carolina Wren, the Yellow Jessamine, its nickname The Palmetto State, and a star which indicates the state's capital, Columbia. The reverse side of the South Carolina State Quarter was designed by Thomas D. Rodgers.  All State Quarters are comprised of .750 copper and .250 nickel with a weight of 5.67 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm. These South Carolina BU State Quarters come from original U.S. Mint Sets or original bank wrapped rolls. All of our BU State Quarters have nice eye appeal and no major marks or visible problems.
