The reverse side of the Maine State Quarter features the incorporated rendition of the Pemaquid Point Light atop a granite coast and a schooner at sea. The reverse side of the Maine State Quarter was designed by Donna Weaver. This 2003-S Maine State Quarter Proof is from the San Francisco (S) Mint. All State Quarters are comprised of .750 copper and .250 nickel with a weight of 5.67 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm. These Maine State Quarter Proofs come from original U.S. Mint Proof Sets.
